Holiday bag making party and more!

Help make bags for the Village closet and take some home for yourself too!

The Village Closet is a site for gently-used baby items, ranging from strollers to clothes to carriers.
The items are available for free to the community.

The Bagshare Project has come up with a no sew bag made out of seed and feed bags.
With some innovative folding and grommeting you can make a sturdy, and gorgeous
reusable bag in less than 5 minutes. We need some big bags for The Village Closet and you can help.

Saturday, December 16 from 2:00-5:30
at The Cummington Community
Sewing Center in the basement of the Community House

(basement access is from the community room / gallery at the back of the building)

If you have clean, dry bird seed or animal feed bags bring them along although we have plenty.
Bring holiday snacks and drinks.

This is a plastic free event. So if you bring plastic be prepared to leave with it too.
